Thurgan (Male Dwarf Warden 1) Init: +1 HP: 33 Def: 19 - 15/13/15

Thurgan harrumphed as the bar maid wandered off to get their orders. When the Commander address his squad, the dwarf edged forward a bit in his seat. "O' course, Commander," the warden replied, offering a nod and a glance at Adrian's antics, "what can we do for you?"

Adremaal, level 1: Eladrin, Warlock: Init +4: HP 26: Def: AC 16: - 12/15/16

Adremaal's breath caught in his throat. He had waited a long time for the opportunity to serve and now it seemed it had come.

"Yes, commander, we await your will."

Well Adrian that matters how you look at know it seems no one has heard from our trading post to the west pasted the orchird find out what happened boys

Ang (Male Dwarf Druid 1) Init: +2 HP: 28 Def: 15 - 13/13/16

Commander said:
"Well, Adrian, it matters how you look at it. Now, it seems no one has heard from our trading post to the west, past the orchard. Find out what happened, boys."

Ang, smirks happily to himself and starts to lowly and almost imperceptably hum to himself a low dwarven war chant, while waiting for his food.

"Simple enough." Thurgan commented. "Two questions. One, do you want us to deal with the threat if that's what caused the silence to the outpost or simply come back and report? Two, we okay to head out tonight right after we get some food in us . . . or you want us to head out right now?"

Ang (Male Dwarf Druid 1) Init: +2 HP: 28 Def: 15 - 13/13/16

Ang tenses a bit with Thurgan's question, since the thought of not taking care of the issue never even crept into his mind. He was almost annoyed with Thurgan for bringing it up and whips him a nasty little look, which he almost tries to hide, and then waits with disgruntled expectation for the Commander's response.

It is about now that he is reconsidering his 'reverent brotherhood' with Thurgan.

You may finish eating no I only want you to ascertain the face of this threat once we know that we can divise a stratgem to defeat it.

Ang (Male Dwarf Druid 1) Init: +2 HP: 28 Def: 15 - 13/13/16

Ang's shoulders slump at the Commander's words, and after a moment he kicks Thurgan from under the table.

[Dwarven] "
Greenstone
!" he hrumps under his breath to this brethren, and shakes his head in disappointment.

Erevan (Eladrin Paladin 1) Init: +2 Def: 20 - 14/15/16

A scowl from the paladin.

"If you insist; sir; we'll only investigate. But it seems to me that much time will have been lost reporting back to you, and then you devise a method to combat it. We should at least determine if we feel that we can combat it, and if we feel we can, do it ourselves. Much time, and possibly lives, will be saved doing it this way."

OOC: Diplomacy +9 if applicable. How are you handling dice-rolling?

Kind of got stuck on background. I'll make at least a fairly generic one; just having trouble making one that fits really well with the world.

Adrian stares at Erevan for a moment, and finally just fall back on his seat. "Yes Commander, we will go take a look and we will do no zeal. There is no use to get unnecessary risk and get killed when the entire unit could easily handle things."

[SBLOCK=OOC]Diplomacy roll to go against Thurgan's suggestion (
+12). Yeah, Thurgan goes too much into the brown noise and Adrian doesn't like that... now stopping Thurgan once on place, I doubt Adrian will be able to do that. ;) [/SBLOCK]
