Does anyone know if there were any maneuvers that heal others and do ranged attacks? I know there were heal self must buffs but for others?

Desert Wind and Shadowhand both have ranged attack(Usually ranged touch attacks), but those were overtly supernatural in nature. Throwing fireballs, using a garrote made of shadow to choke/cut your opponent, etc...

Don't know about healing, however.

Crusader Strike and that Stance both allow you to heal another but they require melee.

I've heard of custom content that adds maneuvers for ranged attacks, but the Bo9S has only a few ranged attacks and healing moves. It really is focused on melee damage.
