What to do with a crappy PP power?

If the Character Builder is any indication, I can't use a multiclass feat to swap out a paragon path power. Are there any other ways to convert a lackluster power into something else? I really don't care for my Euphonic Bow's utility power.

Try the Familiar feats. Their text doesn't have the same restriction on replacing a class power.

Ignoring all cover is pretty rad, though. Not sure if there is any permanent swapping you can really do with it - you could, however, get the Cannith Goggles and charge them up with your utility power. (Which would give you Darkvision until your next Extended Rest, if that is preferrable.)

Realize it might be offsetting a more powerful ability elsewhere?

Realize that power isn't useful in my estimation, and then realize that I'm looking to mitigate that. That should lead to the realization that advocating acceptance is rather unconstructive, and is pretty close to threadcrapping. A reasonable person only accepts things they don't like after exhausting all means to do something about them.

I think as of now the familiar is the only way to do a full swap. Requires a couple of feats though (but then again, having a familiar isn't bad).
I"ve been examining the familiar otpion. The main problem is that an active familiar is just too squishy given the nigh-auto-hitting of NAD's that is seen at the paragon levels. The book imp isn't a bad choice, since it can generally be made invisible. Or, keeping the familiar in passive mode is an option I suppose.

I was really there was some magic item that could be fueled by burning a daily power. Like old-school vet's armor in reverse, I suppose.

I know you said it was not useful. If the power is so bad, choose a different PP, but since you are obviously not thinking that way, you consider the rest of the PP good enough to make up for the one weak power.

Thus the rest of it is probably powerful enough.

Thus my answer.
