Isn't this the second Winning Races article for Tieflings?

It is indeed.

Also, January's CA:Wizard article will be the fourth Class Acts article for Wizards. Invoker Essentials, believe it or not, will be the third Class Acts article for Invokers. I should note, this is based on the categorization on the WotC website. That is, articles such as Essentials also get counted as part of the Class Acts series. (List here)

As this will be the 3rd time we've seen Hybrids, I hope they've made "Hybrid Ability" something you don't have to get with a must have feat. And they've introduced some new material, at least something like feats specifically for hybrids, and the hybrid versions for the Artificer, Monk, Psion, Ardent and Seeker at least.
Yeah, I have two hybrids in my game. They're pretty feat starved and seem to need feats to make up for the lack of class powers to some degree, so I'll be interested in seeing how this changes things.

I am assuming this is the "upgrade" from playtest to preview for Hybrid, so should be interesting.

The PHB3 comes out in march right?

So we get hybrid preview in jan, something in feb, then do they preview some other book (dark sun please please) to continue the promise for the increased price or does it end?
