Maybe it's the lack of sleep, but I don't get it.

Well, it's obviously not a stand-alone; I'm guessing we're being set up for something big in the next strip. Redcloak is clearly about to do something he really doesn't want to do... I suspect all those cheering goblins and hobgoblins out there are about to die horribly.

As for the joke, you could read a dirty meaning into the demon-roach's comment if you were so inclined. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, it's just the Monster in the Darkness being clueless as usual.

You know, I was thinking he meant everything he'd lost already would be worth it, but I suspect you may be right.
 

Well, they may be ready to "move on", and thus the goblins are likely about to lose their city and the civilization that Red Cloak was hoping he could build by distracting Xykon from his quest.

I still think this more likely. In particular, the fifth and sixth panels are an obvious (well, obvious if you've read Start of Darkness) reference to his brother.
