[Adventure] The Cannith Caper (Judge: THB)

Varak moves forward, onto the bloodrock, ducking and slashing with the blade in his left hande against against the scimitar wielder. His blade finds blood, and he quickly spins, slashing at his other blade as he passes and closes to the other opponent. His weapons cleaves into his opponent's side, felling it, and the half-orc continues on, trampling the body in his wake and thrusting his blade past the guard and into the gut of the glaive-wielder. Varak shuts his eyes for a fraction of a second, to spy the creature's vulnurable points. A shadow settles over the glaive-wielder's hip.

Move to BM 13.
Standard: Whirling step vs s64 whirling step vs s64(initial attack) damage and secondary damage (1d20+11=28, 1d10+6=8, 1d10+1=4)Hits S64 for 8, shifting to BN 12 doing 4 damage to ls44 and s64. So s64 takes 12, and ls44 takes 4.

If ls44 is indeed another minion, I kill it with Whirling step, and use Whirling Lunge, shifting to BN11 and doing whirling lunge vs g. (1d10+1=10)10 damage to g.
Free: Assassin's shroud on G[/sblock]

You do indeed kill ls44. As you move close to g he manages a minor slash on you and you take 5 damage, then he shifts to BK9 and quickly hurls a dart at Varak. As it hits Varak feels poison in his veins slowing his movements.

vs ac; dmg (1d20+11=21, 1d6+4=7) target is slowed (save ends)

[sblock=Evo]
You've interacted with his aura. it's aura 2. If you move in the zone you take 5 damage. Only happens if you start movement in the zone. So far only Varak is aware of it[/sblock][/sblock]

[sblock=Damage against Haltor] R1, It seems that you forgot about my Immediate Interrupt. That first attack against Haltor should have been reduced by 9 since I wanted to use Channeling Shield against the first ally of my that was hit by an attack. [/sblock]

They're roughly spherical, so yeah just approx. 7 ft. or so. DC 15 athletics check to climb them (Uneven surface (cave wall)) and 2 squares of movement to climb it. It is blocking terrain though so you can't be next to it and peek over/have LOS [/sblock]

I was waiting for the others, my actions as controller usually depend greatly on where my allies/enemies are. [/sblock]

...or not ;) (see actions below) [/sblock]

With Haltor quickly being surrounded and menaced by a group of three hobgoblins, Vistrathis focuses his mind and feels something "click" into place. The air around him feels like extra buoyant water and as Vistrathis leaps to his companion's aid, the swordmage angles himself to make a controlled landing on top of the boulder next to his halfling compatriot. With sword drawn, Vistrathis makes several slices in the air. Magical sigils, glowing in neon green and purple, remain in the path of the magically imbued blade. With a final swipe of his sword, Vistrathis sends the magical sigils flying towards two of his foes below him. Both sigils hit their mark, resulting in an explosion of force that burns the sigils into the hobgoblins' skin.

"Keep your eyes on me, friends. Attack anyone else and you'll regret it!"

Vistrathis turns his head towards the third enemy, just out of his reach, and waves a hand towards the hobgoblin. Grinning at the goblinoid he holds his sword at the ready and makes a rude gesture towards him with his open hand. An aura of transparent magical energy begins to glow around the hobgoblin's weapon.

"Attacking my halfling friend would be futile at this point. I advise that you move on before you are become his mounts dinner."

[sblock=Actions]

- Move: Vistrathis uses Telekinetic Leap, moving from BQ-15 > BP-14 (1 square up) > BO-13 (2 squares up) > BN-12 (still 2 squares up) > BM-11 (moving down and landing on the boulder).

- Standard: Vistrathis uses Sword of Sigils, attacking both G and LS 44. Vistrathis rolls A DOUBLE CRIT!!!! OMG!. G takes 26 damage and LS 44 takes 22 damage ( damage rolls (including crit dice) here. ), and they are marked until the end of Vistrathis' next turn. Until the mark ends, if either G or LS 44 makes an attack that does not include Vistrathis as a target, the attacker takes 5 force damage after the attack is resolved. If a target marked by this power hits a creature within 10 squares of you with an attack that does not include Vistrathis as a target, Vistrathis can use an immediate interrupt to reduce the damage dealt by that attack to any single creature by 4.

- Minor: Mark S 64 with Aegis of Shielding.

- IMMEDIATE INTERRUPTS (in order of priority):
-- IF S 64 attacks and hits anyone: Use Aegis of Shielding on S 64 to reduce the damage dealt by 9.

-- If S 64 does NOT attack one of Vistrathis' allies, but G or LS 44 does (and hits), then use the effect of Sword of Sigils to reduce the damage dealt by 4.

(Haltor still hasn't gone this round yet, has he?)

Harressh trots up to stand near Alex. He spits out a ball of ice, catching it on the end of his staff. The ice-ball spins on the tip for a moment, increasing in size, then he flings it at the scimitar-wielding goblin standing on the bloodrock. But the shot is poorly aimed.

[sblock=Actions]Move: to BS13
Standard: Dragonfrost at S64. Dragonfrost vs. S64 (1d20+9=15, 1d8+12=13) That's against Fort so I guess there's a small chance it hits, but probably not. Min damage too, woo! If a hit I guess push him back one square to get him off the bloodrock.[/sblock]

(No stat block due to wiki being down... what a pain, I had to look Harressh up in CB even!)

[sblock=ooc]
Oh yeah, Haltor. He still has to go as well (and add back 9hp from Kal's interrupt)

Good thing I have all your defenses/hp in my Maptools file.
