I don't know if anyone else has posted about this yet, but I just got home, checked my mail, and found a brand-spanking new copy of Tomb of Horrors for 4e from WotC for the DM Rewards program!!! :D

I haven't had much of a chance to read through it yet, but the dungeon layout looks identical to the original 1e module, and the interior art for the module IS the original 1e art. Its designed for 9th level PCs, and it looks to very faithful to the original module, with tons of tricks and traps, and not so many monsters to fight. Its 36 pages long, and comes with large full-color poster map (NOT battlemat) of the dungeon, showing all relevant features. It looks awesome.

First the Village of Hommlet last year, now the Tomb of Horrors! Thanks WotC, you kick @$$!!!

This is awesome. I can't wait to get mine. There is some discussion of this on the 4e forums.

Considering the changes they made when they updated White Plume Mountain to D&D3... have they dulled down the blade here too? Is the Green Devil Face still touch and die, or is it some sort of status effect now?

Make a save every round for ten rounds or take 10% damage each round. Of course, since it is 10% damage of CURRENT hit points, this is unable to actually kill you, but sounds kinda scary at first.
