Shorrin swings his hammer brashly and bloodies the mystic next to him, menacing the creature with his presence.

The mystic near Saraz recognizes the threat she poses. He shouts angrily at the crocodiles, roars, and charges the psion. She avoids most of the spear, but it grazes her leg for a minor wound.

The other mystic draws up power and spits in Shorrin's face. The dragonborn swings at the opening, but misses as the lizardman calls up poison from the very swamp. Dextyr succumbs to the fumes and falls. The creature still sees the threats before it and moves away quickly.

The crocodiles seem compelled by the first mystic, one releases his kin and snaps at Murphy capturing the assassin again by the leg. The other moves past Sheng to join its master, the sorcerer nicking it with his dagger a surge of healing following. The reptile bits Saraz and holds on to her in its mouth.

Marsh Mystic 1 charges to O15 and attacks Saraz 1d20+8=27 for 1d8+2=6 damage
Marsh Mystic 2 provokes an OA from Shorrin by using a ranged power (he misses) Bog Cloud at N18. 1d20+9-2 (vs Fort) holy smokes, even with -2 I think it hits everybody for 10 damage (only 5 to Sheng and Murphy), moves to F14 with swampwalk (no 2nd OA for Shorrin right?)
Croc 5 releases Croc 2 and bites at Murphy 1d20+12 for 8 damage and he is grabbed, it takes 1d6=2
Croc 2 moves and takes OA from Sheng for 3 damage (and he heals 4!) and attacks Saraz 1d20+10 for 8 damage.

Saraz struggles against the feirce jaws of the croc and tries to push her mind into control of the beast.

OOC: Anyone hitting Croc #2 until the end of the encounter regains 4 hit points.


Dextyr lies face down in the swamp, blood seeping out of his body from the many wounds he has suffered. Clearly visible poking out of his belt pouch is a glowing potion bottle........
 


Murphy grumbles as he again disappears from the crocodile's jaws, appearing behind Saraz.

He points his blade towards the mystic and the blade turns into a shadow that snakes its way towards the enemy. It wraps around the mystic's throat and as it opens its mouth to scream, the shadow creatures that were clinging to it dive down and drain its vitality. The colour is stolen from the enemy and Murphy smiles.

His twin then stabs the crocodile for a minor wound.

Standard: Executioner's Noose on Mystic, invoking shrouds - vs fort; dmg; shrouds (1d20+9=18, 1d6+6+4+2=18, 4d6=19) might hit, might miss, but it does 13 damage even on a miss, so he dies.
Free: Shroud on Croc2
Minor: Twilight Assassin on Croc 2 - vs ref (1d20+9=25) hits for 6... do I regain 4 hp? The attack is done through the implement and it is an attack roll so I did hit.
