You have to be a spellcaster to make things with alchemy.
Mentions nothing about the misspelling of grenadier.
"Grendiner" doesn't make much sense as a dyslexic mistake.

I know, and will be looking into a workaround. Maybe a level of sorcerer with the spells truestrike, acid splash, burning hands. You have to be a spellcaster to make things with alchemy.
I will not worry about the lack of magic bonus for most creatures when I am using a touch attack.nb, I would think that one of the problems a grenade throwing rogue might face at higher levels is the lack of a magic weapon enhancement bonus to his attacks.
Also, I know that there are feats that let you cast some 0th level spells. But will the DM allow those to count as spellcasting for crafting Acid flask and Alchemist's Fire? I was always planing to buy the Holy Water.

I looked at the feats in Complete Arcane, none of them allow you to cast a fire or acid spell.Typically, a "spellcaster" is a PC with one or more levels in a spell casting class, or a monster with primarily spell casting (Non-Psionic Illithid and Ogre Magi, for example).
DR is not a the bane of the grenadier. Energy Resistance/Immunity is.I think what he meant by "lack of magic bonus" is that a grenadier typically is unable to bypass most DR.
