Rant on Errata and what Wizards need to do to move forward.

Ah, I didn't even realize they'd put out young readers material, but I do see it on the product page now. Interesting! (Although it still leaves me wondering how it supports his point :confused:)

I believe his point is essentially that WotC should find more ways to sell accessories to existing players, milking as much money from them as they can, and worry less about selling products that might expand the game brand as a whole. He personally is not interested in children's books, so it is not a product he wants WotC to be selling.

Now, I disagree - I think that products that bring in new players are far more valuable. And given that WotC can't even turn a profit on miniatures, the exact sort of accessory that Ninja-to is asking for, I don't think that releasing tons of merchandise for gamers would be all that successful. And I say that as someone who would probably buy exactly that sort of stuff!
