Do we need greater and elders as well? I'm leaning toward "no", as they just resemble earth elemenals mechanics-wise, and aren't actual variants. I could see adding a Gargantuan (monolith) version, but it isn't absolutely necessary.

If we're following the Elementals I was thinking we should add the Greater and Elder Living Ashes.

Having them speak Terran feels wrong to me. Since there isn't a language for negative energy creatures then "Living ash do not speak" would suit me better.

Besides, living spells don't talk.
