Thief and the Seer theme

So I'm rolling up a Vistani, and I really like the idea of a thief that is clairvoyant. I'm also really like the essentials thief, since I hate daily and encounter attack powers (no matter the class).

So is there any way at all I can get the Level 1 encounter power of my seer theme with my essentials thief? I would gladly sacrifice one of my tricks, but it doesn't seem to give me an option for that in the character builder. Is there a feat that can allow me to get my 1st level theme power?

The level 1 theme power is a bonus. It doesn't replace anything.

There is currently no hybrid thief. Just a hybrid rogue.

Semantics
Rogue = Thief

The Thief class does not exist in 4e, all you get is a Thief with Good Hiding and can make decent Opportunity attacks.. aka the Rogue

As far as I know, using the latest offline character builder, you cant play a Thief... what am I missing?

Besides the fact the offline builder hasn't been supported for months? Apparently, all of the Essentials books.
