oh jokes galore lol. To put what I said a different way, a guy that doesn't care to fight, but will fight if need be.So a non-combatant combatant or an environmentalist?
We, literally, have a ranger doing pretty much that. So as not to step on anyone's toes, that option is closed to me.Give up genasi, go human, Use a composite Greatbow, play as one of the many classes with massive sneak attack bonuses.
after doing so you should drop most things better than anyone else and not break any magic rules. but at that point the bow is a game breaker, just as it was in medieval europe and asia.
The DM doesn't care what kind of druid, the fact that its a druid is enough for him to ban it to me, and as I said up above, we already have a ranger doing the range thing. Is there anything else like the Duskblade though? After reading through it again, I like it, but I was wondering if there was anything else.Play an apostle of peace. =)
Failing that... consider the Druid/Monk mashup in Unearthed Arcana. In addition to sacrificing your wildshape you'd sacrifice spellcasting. In return you'd get one ranger combat mastery, access to the longbow and zen archery as a bonus feat.

Well the fact is what you described personality wise is sort of opposite of an Air Genasi. It also isn't really that great of a race. I would look into being an Aasimar Incarnate, it sounds like the party lacks a solid support character. Don't be fooled by the initial stats, first the Aasimar gets an increased hit die and the system can give you many buffs to your attack. I would say choose a lawful good alignment, the radiance feature will give increased attack and defense for you and your party. Also be sure to get the vitality belt(hit points equal to your meldshaper level x essentia invested) and incarnate avatar(similar to your radiance feature except for you only based upon essentia invested) soulmelds. It also has many other little abilities that you can choose from.
Ah, okay been having a bit too much fun then. Well you could look at the paladin of Freedom variant the chaotic good paladin and replace the mount with a divine spirit. Though, yet again the race isn't good knocking at a couple of key paly attributes. Again, I suggest an Aasimar, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to take a Dead Poet's Society spin with him. The Freedom variant gives you immunity to compulsions and +4 saves for you party to them, functions like and replaces aura of courage. The divine spirit allows you to have an array of non-attackable support spirits. One heals up to twice your lay on hands, other increases attack and damage to those adjacent to, a third gives you DR 10/-, Diehard, and can use your lay on hands as a free action, and finally as a cap stone one gives a fast healing 10 to those adjacent to it. Granted they come every 5 levels, but you can have more than one out at a time.
