Wildshape Ruling

Hey Guys!
My question today is whether or not wild shape is a purely mental action, or if it has some other components. It's an Su ability, but the srd only mentions that spell-like abilities lack components. Thanks in advance for the insight.

Well as a su ability I think that means that silence and components (verbal, material, somatic, etc.) non issues. So bound and gagged you could turn into a weasel to escape. Antimagic fields still stop you, and take care transforming into anything bigger than your current constraints might allow.

Also, take take with constraints unless you are turning into something MUCH larger. Think the hulk's pants when he turns green
