I know there are tons of these out there. They're great if you need to snag some illos to inspire a session (and then show those pics off to your players to help set the scene), or for character portraits, or occasionally maps. 
Good art motivates me to up my game. I don't just want any old conversation between PCs and NPCs in a building; I want a weary group of travelers resting in the shade of a twisted iron ruin in a rust-colored desert, talking to the mad wizard who destroyed the landscape.

I don't just want giants who swing clubs at PCs on an open field; I want a treacherous arctic ascent where titans throw mountaintops down at the party.
