An anthro parrot battle sorcerer with the infernal sorcerer feat, to be followed by the Infernal Sorcerer Shout feat. Maybe even Improved Unarmed Strike (maybe from multiclassing with OA Shaman).

Polly Mua'Dib will then channel his words into powerful, destructive shouts that fell his foes!

"Polly want a CRACKER!"

Gaaah! I cannot XP! Damn you, ENWorld!

The DM is considering letting me run the Beguiler. By the way, trapping people isn't TECHNICALLY harming them and won't break the Vow... right?
Trapping people like how? As long as they're not losing HP, or suffocating, or taking ability damage, etc, should be good.

Are you thinking like Forcecage? Or Hold Person? Or a plain old metal bar cage? Should be legit.
Bear trap around the ankle? Poison needle traps? no.
A Falling pit? Well maybe, if there are pillows at the bottom. Etc, etc....

so he basically bans you from playing spellcasters?

Weird, sounds like a very childish GM.

I can get it when a GM says: "no clerics in this game, for there are no gods to grant wishes", or: "no psionisists, because psionics don't exist in this setting"
or any similar reasoning.

I really don't think any GM should ban a single person from playing a class, because he can't handle the player..
