She swings her cane wildly at the swarm in Morgrym's direction in an attempt to clear some of the vermin from alchemist's vicinity.

A heads up for you guys: Wednesday I have a Dr. Appointment. It involves a procedure that dialates my uples leaving me effectively blind for several hours. I will leave about noon my time and will not be able to read any thing until about 1800 or 1900 hrs.

[sblock=Rolls & Actions]Topaz will back up towards Dame Morrogrim as a withdraw action; I don't believe this triggers an AoO. If I understand correctly, Tirgas can move up but not forward, and Topaz is not currently adjacent to any rats. I'm assuming that a kick or stomp qualifies as an unarmed strike; if not, Tirgas will bend over and begin punching the living daylights out of all these rats.
And what do you know, I can't get coyotecode or IC to work. I'll try posting rolls as soon as I can.[/sblock]

fortunately, his tough skin prevents them from getting much of a grip on a bite

GM: I need two fort saves one vs distraction, the other vs disease, both dc 12

Suddenly, a not so brave scream comes from Morgrym as he finds out one of the rats has gotten through his pants " ARGHH, Curse the gods ! Get it out, get it out ! You can have my fingers, but not that ! " he continues to yell repeatedly.
He begins to panic even more as Dame Morrogrim swings her cane towards him " really lass ?! This is no time to turn me into a newt! There are pressing matters in my pants ! "

The news is this: I have a cataract in my right eye and I am finally going to get it operated on!!! so 15 May to 18 May I will probably be AFK. This will increase my visual acuity greatly and give me fewer headaches!

Perhaps being of the massed hive mind movement, the do not move as fast as rats have been know to move on their own as they seem to have stopped just short of Tirgas.

At first, Morgrym is unaware of the swarm of tiny vicious rodents, but is made aware very quickly as they crawl all over him!! He misses his chance to react as a couple of the persistent petulance perpetrators get into his trousers and seek some soft tissue

Robert shoots and misses, but has the foresight to urge his snake, Topaz, to back up and guard Dame Morrowgrim [I hope this is right]

GM: @Cyclopean , moving back to Dame Morrowgrim is a 5 foot step, A 'non action', therefore has a full round action available or a standard action; will the snake do any thing else?

Dame Morrowgrim and her song bird both are screaching at the wretched roiling mass of rats, the bird's screeching cries not drowned out by the rats, but instead diminished greatly by the *ahem* distracted *cough cough* Morgrym. Th swipe of the cane goes so wild that it almost connects with the rats in morgrym's pants, which is not helping with the cries of the elvin princess at all!

Tirgas thinks smart, going to fist-a-cuffs with them! a single punch hits several snapping bones in several creatures[/sblock]
