Can you do nothing?

Can you spend a whole day doing nothing? (That is: nothing constructive.) Would you be satisfied/happy with a day during which you only napped, read a book, watched some TV, ate something, etc.?

That's pretty much What I do most days until 3:00pm.

The first day I did nothing would be a novelty. The second day would be depressing. The third day I might eat a bunch of garbage and be alright with it. The fourth day would be even more depressing. Yeah, probably wouldn't make it week. Yet somehow I long for a staycation. My garage is a mess.
