D&D 5E Tyranny of Dragons D&D minis

Unless there's a colossal Tiamat, this whole thing will be a waste of time. :)

From the Escapist
and a Wizkids representative said that others would be included. As to the possibility of a giant Tiamat, Queen of Evil Dragons, miniature the same representative said "We can neither confirm, nor deny...Given Tiamat's status as the ultimate enemy of Tyranny of Dragons, and the existence of a $29.99 "Case Incentive Promotional Figure" in WizKids' pricing plans, we'll take that as a confirmation there's a five-headed dragon queen miniature in our future

I would love it if WK continues the Dungeon Command game. The lack of mention there, though, makes me sure that it's not going to happen. That was shaping up to be a great game, too.

yay, plasticrack! Just when I thought I was over my addiction. Oh wait...I participated in two Reaper Kickstarters and the AVP Kickstarter.

I don't understand.

You're saying that the fact that they are making a Drizzt miniature is what will keep you from every buying any miniatures from them? Even in sets that do not contain a Drizzt Do'Urden miniature?

I don't get it.

And what if he is?

It's not a moral choice. It's a consumer choice.

Heck, I refuse to buy children's clothes with "mom" on them instead of "mum". What are my reasons? Who really cares. I'm a consumer: I will but whatever I bloody well like.

But would you buy clothes with "mum" on them, even though the company also makes clothes with "mom" on them?

I understand your right to choose how you spend your money. I just don't understand this criterion. Specifically, I don't understand how anyone can hate a single character so much that he'd refuse to buy something from the company that makes it. I don't even hate Boba Fett that much. And, man, I really hate Boba Fett.

It seems to me that, if he has any interest in the miniatures, he'd be happy to get a Drizzt mini and then resell it to buy other minis that he actually wants.

This is, of course, assuming he has any interest in buying the minis in the first place. Otherwise, it's just another way to say, "Man, I really hate Drizzt, and I will take any opportunity to make it known."
