How will everything with the kick starter work?

I apologize if this isn't the correct place to post this (feel free to move it to another board if it belongs there), but I haven't dealt with a kick starter before, and was wondering how this works now that its funded.

1) I heard mention of a survey, but haven't received anything in the mail. Is it something that will come out later on?

2) the kickstarter said that we'd have access to the play tests moving forth. How are those planned to be released?

My apologies if those are stupid questions, but I've been looking and haven't been able to find any answers anywhere.

At some point, probably much closer to the ship date for the print books, Morris will send out a survey via kickstarter to get shipping addresses and add-ons.

The further playtest documents will probably be linked via backer only updates as he gets new versions of them ready for release.

So is that something that's sent via email then? I'll have to make sure I keep my kick starter account up-to-date every time I change my email I guess. At least till the books come out.

Backer only updates? I thought he said no changes could be posted to kickstarter after it reached funding...?

That's the one single thing that doesn't get locked - the comments and updates system. So I can still contact everyone.

Basically, the playtest docs will need a password to download. I'll email backers the password each time.

Ah okay. Makes sense. So as long as I keep my account updated everything should be automatic. That's good to hear.
