What's with the picture of Hodor? Was he even in this episode?

It seems there is actually a good reason Tyrion didn't go immediately to trial by combat. He knows that he doens't have anyone good to fight for him. Now the odd thing is that Tywin (not in this episode) seems not to have foreseen his promise to Oberyn to let him deal with The Mountain having this effect on the trial. Or has he?

To foresee that, he'd have to have foreseen that Tyrion would go for trial by combat and that the Mountain would be chosen as champion. Not impossible, I guess. Then again, sending Oberyn up against the Mountain seems like a pretty good idea from Tywin's perspective.

It was kinda hard to find a eps related pic for this one, but Hodor is honored, for his untapped potential...
:D
