Could you tell use roughly what the caster progression is for Eldritch Knight and Arcane Trickster. Basically what level spell slots do they get at level 20

Effectively, they are increasing spell slots every 3 levels, highest spell level is 4th (and only 1 slot). However, their spells known progression is by the table.

The Fiend: Expanded Spell List, Dark One's Blessing (temporary hit points), Dark One's Own Luck, Fiendish Resilience (resistance), Hurl Through Hell (wow, this one is pretty crazy).

Pact of the Tome: choose three cantrips from any spell list.

Are there any backgrounds besides Criminal that gives you proficiency in Thieves' Tools (or your choice of any tool)?

If so, could you mention the other skills that background gives proficiency in? Thanks!

Feature: City Secrets (travel between two locations in a city twice as fast)

I'll bite: what is Hurl Through Hell?

I don't know what it is, but it sounds fun. Like a spell right out of Arduin.
