Cost of a Bowyer/Fletcher Kit?
fletching jig - does not have to be used, but helps with attaching the feathers
glue - glue either the feathers and or the arrowhead
resin - can be used to attach arrowhead or feathers
wax - water-resistant coating
feathers
waterskin bag (soaking business end of the shaft ("head" or "spine"),
split deer intestine or silk thread - can be used to attach arrowhead
Traditional arrow shafts are made from lightweight wood, bamboo or reeds.
some shafts will be made of soft and hard wood fastened together with the hard
near the head of the arrow

Bow, yew wood - water-resistant coating, traditionally of "wax, resin and fine tallow".
Bow strings were made of hemp, flax or silk

I wood go with 1 Gp, 5 lbs (re-skin Wood craver kit)

I'd go with the Carpenter's Kit (8 gp, 6 lbs).

Carpenter's Kit would include a large saw, hammers, leveling devices, old style nails, etc..
maybe glue, could be used, maybe a combination of both, thx

Don't think hammers were used in making the English Longbow, maybe a hafted Handaxe to cut the yew tree down for the bow, a dagger/Knife could be used to cut the shafts for the arrow

so I think the Carpenter's Kit is overkill

Between the Mending cantrip being available to (Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard), arrows and bolt being 1lb and 1gp for 20, enemy arrows and bolts being scavenged, and being able to recover half your expended ammunition by taking a minute to search the battlefield, I don't see the point of keeping track of ammunition at all.

But sure if you want a fletcher's kit 8gp and 6lbs sounds fine. They could then make 100 arrows in a day for 25 silver. Another reason probably to just ignore the whole keeping track of ammo thing.

Cost of a Bowyer/Fletcher Kit?

For a bowyer's kit, it's also useful to have a frame the bowyer can clamp the bowstave to and add weights to it to judge how it draws while carving it down. The bow's strung with a special "test" bowstring to do this, since the bowyer might need to shorten it. Of course, it's quite possible for the bowyer to assess a bow they're working on by drawing it by hand, but it's easier with a draw-frame.

Also, the kit should have nocks for the arrows and tips for the bow - these were normally carved from horn in traditional archery.

That sounds about right. You don't need that many tools to make a bow.
