Well, figuring we're likely to run into more fights in the monastery seems to me to be a bit more reasonable than picking out the threat level of an opponent with next to no information, but whatevs. Seems you are an exceptional guesser.

In a fight, always be weary of the guy that is calm and doesn't sweat. Especially if he looks like a sentient-undead ;-)

OOC: Note: Creamsteak, can you clarify, does this disadvantage apply to unarmed attacks (or if you prefer, unarmed weapon attacks)? here's the complete spell description: [sblock]
Frostbite
Evocation cantrip
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Instantaneous
You cause numbing frost to form on one creature that you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 cold damage, and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
The spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).[/sblock]

OOC: I'm not positive. I'm thinking that frostbite doesn't technically affect it?

Creamsteak, not to beat a dead horse, but does this change anything?

COMBAT
What does “melee weapon attack” mean: a melee attack with a weapon or an attack with a melee weapon? It means a melee attack with a weapon. Similarly, “ranged weapon attack” means a ranged attack with a weapon. Some attacks count as a melee or ranged weapon attack even if a weapon isn’t involved, as specified in the text of those attacks. For example, an unarmed strike counts as a melee weapon attack, even though the attacker’s body isn’t considered a weapon.

Thanks and cheers,

Not to get too meta-gamey, but if you lot could back up, we might have a decent setup going for this fight.

I'm playing catch up and just now seeing this. I had Dent dart into the room, take a swipe at a dwarf, then dart back into the doorway. I've no problem having him return to L26; my motive for darting in the room was to lure them out one at a time into and through the doorway.
