Legends of Tomorrow trailer looks surprisingly good

I wasn't holding out much hope for this show. I like what DC is doing with TV at the moment, but this one didn't grab me when it was announced. The trailer just changed my mind completely though. It may end up being my favourite DC show!

Superhero TV is pretty good right now. Daredevil and Jessica Jones from Marvel were excellent. I enjoy Flash, Arrow, Gotham, and Supergirl. Agents of SHIELD not so much, but you can't win them all! This one looks like it's going to be pretty good.

I am suprised that Hawkman is on the team too, thats a lot of heroes to keep track of. I wonder if he's going to die...

My thought was... do they need a hawkman AND a hawkgirl? Seems sorta redundant. Unless I'm missing something.

It's a collection of all of the "back-up" main characters with powers from both Flash and Arrow. The Hawks arrive next week.

Ah, I see it's from CW - no thanks. All of their shows seem to follow the same recipe - which I cannot stand anymore. I guess, I'm too old for that kind of thing.

I think you are. They are cured to reincarnate, find, and then lose each other over and over. That adds a different dynamic than either one alone would bring.

yeah thats a bit of a concern for me given that this is CW. The CW formula demands some kind of romantic drama and it looks like Khufu and Chay-Ara are going to be it. I'm worried that their jumble of memories and feelings is going to distract from the main story and development of all 10+ of the main characters.
