Now it is Orsik's turn. Do you want him to use healing word and attack or Cure Wounds (or something else? He can Burning hands and get 3 guards I suppose)? I'll decide what Ploop does once it is his turn (he's not a party member and you can't talk to him so you can't coordinate with him as much).
Edit: Or he can use Channel Divinity Radiance of the Dawn and really muck with them (2d10+2 radiant damage to all hostiles within 30'). He can still do Healing Word with that as a bonus action.
He's not pinned. The guard pulls out the spear and is looking for a new threat.
Edit: For clarification, the "pinning" narration was just to add to dramatic effect, Spears don't pin. I'd probably allow it but it would actually cost an action.
