WotC says there are 8 easter eggs from all of the classic adventures in the cover of Tales from the Yawning Portal.

I reckon I see a Frost Giant Jarl, for one; since I don't have the book yet, I'm not familiar enough with any of these to say.

Well, I'd imagine that skull in the upper left is supposed to be Accerak (sp?) from Tomb of Horrors.

I don't really know enough about the old adventures being updated to be able to pick out anyone. Actually, I don't really know what adventures are in the book, still pre-ordered it though.

I wouldn't really call them easter eggs if they're plainly visible in the image.
This. If they're actually easter eggs, then I'm going to assume you need a better image to pick out the details. Some guesses are: 1) whatever he's holding in his hand, 2) the mug is a reference to some bottomless mug o' something, 3) the coin is something interesting, 4) at least one of the books has an interesting title or visible text.

None of the faces can even remotely qualify as "easter eggs". A more appropriate phrase would be "relevant artwork" or even just "topical".
