Howdy-
Do you guys conduct AAR's after each of your sessions? I do with my groups just to get a feel of how they conducted themselves during the session and how me the DM conducted myself during the session. Usually I will do a round robin type of AAR, each person notes what he/ she enjoyed and what he or she did not enjoy. Basically you as the DM are asking for the positives and the negatives of that session. Both players and the DM can than offer what is good and what can be further worked on in future games.
To me, an AAR is a great way to get good feed back on your game.
