Want to help ForgedAnvil

Hello, I've been working to add the XGtE subclasses to to the custom tab in the ForgedAnvil 2.27 sheet. ForgedAnvil I'd like to help you get the new subclasses into your macro. I don't have enough posts to PM you, so please PM so I can share the work I've done with you. I should mention that I've completed Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Sorcerer, and Warlock.

Version 2.28 BETA 1 Released!

Download here >> ForgedAnvil D&D 5E Character Generator

This is an interim release for those who would like to start testing some of the Xanathar's content

Currently the new Cleric, Fighter and Warlock Hexblade subclasses have been implemented, the Barbarian Storm Herald is wip and some feats have been implemented but also wip. Appreciate those who are keen to help out to review these and let me know of any issues or missing content - there are some areas like the Active Features that need review as well. Detailed feedback is appreciated.

Thanks to everyone who provides feedback to refine and improve this character generator, keep the bug fixes and awesome ideas coming

As always have fun!

Cheers

Hello and thank you very much for this amazing character sheet. I'm having what I'm hoping is a minor issue. I want to print the character sheet from Excel 2010 but the boxes for the ability scores aren't scaling properly. Is this a common/known issue with Excel 2010? I don't have access to another version of Excel to see if it is only 2010 unfortunately. I've attached a screen shot of the print preview. Character Sheet Issue.JPG

Forged,

I downloaded the v2.28 Example Character - Zenith BETA1.zip today and wanted to test the new Fighter subclasses. I cleared out all of the data that was previously added and saved it and started to create the character. As soon as I selected the fighter class for my character build I get the following error...

"There are one or more cicular references where a formula refers to its own cell either directly or indirectly. This might cause them to calculate incorrectly. Try removing or changing these references, or moving the formula to different cells."

Attached is a picture of what I am talking about.

What version of Windows are you using and what printer? If Windows 10, try using the default PDF printer to check print preview. If not, try updating your printer driver or choose an alternative printer (e.g. Microsoft XPS printer) to check print layout in print preview. Does this occur only in BETA 2.28 or also in 2.27

Thanks. Fixed in next beta version, it's a minor issue related to generating a selection list for subclasses of fighter. You can continue to test and the tool should function as intended. Did you use the Reset function to clear the data - there was a minor issue with maneuvers 10 and 11 cells aren't merged that's been fixed. Let me know if you find other issues with resetting / importing

Forged,

I didn't use the reset function. I manually cleared everything out. I will try the reset button as I test the info for the classes that you added. On another note as it relates to the fighter subclasses. Some of the fighter subclasses are missing in this version of the beta. Will those missing classes return with the fix you implemented on the issue I found?
