OOC: between stoic dwarf and the priest who doesn't heal, we'll have dead on our hands. What if someone drops and cannot ask? Does Tranio speeds them on their way? Tranio can read people...or Dren may be stoically grumbling...resolve it somehow

Aremus took a look at Dren and said, "Let me help with that, friend. My mother is a healer and I know some if her tricks."

He put his hands on Dren's chest and a warmth flowed through the dwarf, knitting ribs and reducing swelling.

OOC: Lay on Hands. Though I admit I can't find where my resources are at. I have no idea how much I have left.

I don't recall having seen you use any, so you should have all 25. Just let me know how much you want to give.

Dren cracked his neck as Aremus healed him. “Thank’ee, lad,” he grunted. He wasn’t a hundred percent, but at least he wouldn’t fall over from a stiff elven sneeze. “Ye go’ a safe place t’ ‘ole up an’ rest a wee bit?” Dren asked the remaining giant. “‘ere in the temple, or in the castle?”

The young giant's face lights up when you mention Zephyros. "Yes, he served in our court. You've met him. So he's safely escaped then," the asks eagerly. "Yes, I have a magic orb that will allow me to land these clouds, but can you assure me that your forces won't attack? Oh, I'm Olthana by the way."

The prince would then lead you all past an astonished bound cultist, who was quite sure he'd never see any of you again, and into his room. The two stories of this regal chamber are decorated with delicate and beautiful furnishings, including gem-studded chandeliers and wind chimes, jeweled mirrors, and a bed frame created from wispy clouds.

"I'm sorry for all the suffering that has happened to Nightstone. Father is racing to "The Eye" and ordered me to plunder the settlement below. I refused and well...you saw what happened."

"I believe this belongs to you," the Prince would remark as he opened a large chest and pulled out The Nightstone!

Everyone levels up!

"Allow me to fly back down to speak with the Abbot, and I am sure we can guarantee a peaceful welcome. I am sure we can find a fallow field that you can put the castle down in, and then you may speak with the Abbot yourself." Aremus told the young giant with enthusiastic conviction.

"Why people anywhere wage war. There is someone pushing for something that cannot be obtained without violence. Or there is some religious angle as Zephyros indicated. Olthana, I'll tell you what I said to Zephyros. Fly our banner and you will not be attacked by humans, but you need to ward yourself better against intrusion. Go find Zephyros, there is safety in numbers."

Ordrar thinks for the moment.
"We could use your temple as scouting platform and then bring valuable intelligence to the town. Did you notice any effect of the Nightstone on your dragon?"

Tranio makes his way down, and follows the young giant. As he passes a window, he considers the ground below, passing him by at what seems an incredible speed. He is happy to be alive.
