D&D 5E D&D Crossovers

I'm a fan of crossovers and my current campaign is starts in the Forgotten Realms and crosses into many Magic: The Gathering worlds. Admittedly, I was inspired by James Wyatt's Plane Shift documents. It inspired me enough to make my own patreon for my adventures and rules anyway.

But enough about me! What are some of the best D&D Crossovers you made or played?

I had an artificially intelligent spacecraft that was inspired by the Stars Without Number universe visit my homebrew D&D world. While the players aren't fully aware of it, their D&D universe is an exceptionally large pocket dimension (existing in metadimensional space) in a SWN setting which I might someday run. Just me setting some groundwork that may or may not come to fruition.

The whole thing was inspired by the SWN magic supplement, Codex of the Black Sun. While there are no black sun's in that supplement, it got me thinking about what if there were these black stars that are virtually undetectable because they're the result of a fold in metadimensional space? What if that fold was it's own pocket dimension with its own rules? What if an independent AI came across one of these black suns and decided to explore the fold. Et cetra, et cetra...

You really planned that out. My favorite crossovers are the ones that really make sense. Kudos to you!

I have this idea for a D&D/Ready Player One cross-over (for obvious reasons :) )
