if someone dips cleric for it...go them? They’ll get radiant attacks and +1d6 damage per round.

It’s a first draft. I’m not worried about that type of thing yet. It could be 1/turn, next attack only, or all attacks until x.

I’m not as worried about whether it’s “dippable”, as whether it works for the cleric themselves. Easy enough to just limit it to clerics who take cleric at first level.

The social consequences of that tend to be pretty high. Obvious chanting and hand waving can draw the wrong kind of attention, especially in a tense or stealthy situation.
Divine Soul gets around that problem. n_n

Nothing is necessarily wrong, with what the op presented. However, as a DM and player, I prefer cleric abilities and spells more thematically tied to the domain of a deity. So things like illuminate, glorify, and even sanctify for all clerics would be the opposite of what I would want in a change.
