My recollection, it is like, "Glug, glug, glug, boot." There's no real delay between drinking and booting. So, again, are you drinking and spellcastign at the same time, that you'd get interrupted? This is common enough to need a rule for it?

Not really, but I just wanted to know if the spell would be different if cast mid-boot really. Like if magic missile ended Up hitting the target with a cream pie instead of a deadly missile.
