WotC 5E 2020 Book Clue - I need your help!

You know what, I think I was wrong as always: this cant be a Nentir Vale book, because we've just had the Wildemount book, which hits pretty much the same notes but the ''points of light'' (which is why, given the designer comment on CoS, I thought of NV. The land of Barovia and the dangers around are pretty much a point of light setting).

Changing my guess to:

Traveler's Guide: Grand Duchy of Karameikos!

If true, then Mr. Welch will either die happy or throw a fit.

Maybe both.

I feel like somewhere either Welch or Crawford dropped a hint that fans of Strahd would be happy with whatever they were working on...

Cormyr and the Dalelands are close, they could put them together in a book to cover a slightly wider area.

My guess would be the Dalelands. The Dales and Cormyr are allies but I think theyre too different to put in the same book. If they do, I hope they add the Moonsea and Smebia. That would flesh out that entire area pretty good and make a good campaign expansion. They could do an adventure book in Cormanthor and Myth Drannor then. Is Myth Drannor rebuilt still or was it destroyed again, Im not up on the current FR lore?

That was Perkins.

Right.
Sadly, not a fan of Ravenloft. But maybe this new book will convert me? I'm just not into gothic horror or pocket universes that are completely (mostly) cut off from the rest of the multiverse. Like the whole walk into the mists and end up where you started thing? Not a fan.
