D&D 5E The Strongest Poisoner. New Tasha's Gish

The battlefield may be exploding and have an earthquake. If you don't take damage or someone takes a specific action to shake the creature, you are incapacited.

Wut?

Yeah whatever. That's not the case but I'll roll with it.

Screw it; you somehow disarm me of all 6 Tool kits, my sword and my bow in the 10 rounds of Hypnotic pattern.

Unfortunately for you, my +1 Half Plate is also a Spellcasting focus for me, and you conveniently left that on me (which you cant remove it even if you tried because 'Warforged')

Is it my turn now?

He's got runs on the board mate. This isnt his first alt account or alias. Here and elsewhere. He's been booted from dozens of sites in dozens of alt accounts with that whole 'Sorcerer king' spam.

To his credit, this one is a little more moderate, but the M-O is still the same. Dodgy rule interpretations, Schroedingers sorcerer, and a heavy reliance on poison.

I mean if that's the case then sure, screw him. The boards don't need trolls, and it's extremely difficult to be booted from this site so if he was previously booted then I am not interested in his game.

Well, let's go. The flamestrike created a theoretical character that is from a specific campaign, with a specific talent that is useless for the character, therefore being just a theoretical character. Flamestrike failed with a +0 saving throw against Hypnotic Patter and because of that he lost his magical greatersword, spellfocus and cannot attack or cast spells. I don't know if you don't understand. He lost his greatersword, spellfocus and dignity.
LOL, The sorcerer wrote on his back "Kick me" and laughed in his face.

You confused incapacitated with unconscious or paralyzed. Incapacitated is a condition that doesn't quite mean what it sounds like it means. You should look it up.

@Mistwell you see what I'm talking about now yeah?

There is no chance of having a reasonable conversation with this dude.

No @Hohige , my Strength is not Zero. Its still the same score.

I'm incapacitated. I can speak normally, and defend myself normally. I cant leave my square, or take actions or reactions.

Yeah he thinks incapacitated means something different from what it means in the game. I am not sure why.

We've gone past this. He's on board with this now.

He's currently trying to think of a way to get past my infused and assimilated armor (that's also a spell focus for me).

Of course, it's currently my turn. He's just spent 10 rounds rifling through my pockets for half a dozen tool kits, a sword and a bow while a Steel Guardian imposed disadvantage on his attack rolls to get that stuff.

He really cant Disarm me of those tool kits and weapons anyway, seeing as they're not held (they're in pouches or sheathed)

Why? It moves as normal, and parks itself next to you every turn.

You can either provoke an AoO from it by moving away on your turn, or wear the disadvantage to your attack roll.

It's not incapacitated. It's immune to being charmed.
10 rounds.
Sleep the Steel Guardian. (It isn't immune lol)
Remove your Greatersword and Bow.

Move The Sleeping Steel Guardian out 60ft (No more Warding Bond).

Shadow Blade level 3 as bonus action. Booming Blade on Steel Guardian for critical hit.
The Steel Guardian is gone and you are without weapons.
Your turn.

Sleep the Steel Guardian. (It isn't immune lol)

Yes it is. Sleep spell states:

creatures immune to being Charmed aren't affected by this spell.

The SG is immune to Charmed.

Thats another slot wasted. Two 3rds down, and 1 x 1st.

Seeing as it's my turn, I'll recover my Sword from you (attack roll at +6 vs your Acrobatics check). Lets assume I finally make a check and get it back. I'll also direct my SG to attack you. Lets assume it misses.

Your turn.

Dude, what is this taking? Haven't you realized yet that this character is supposed to be more fun than powerful? Do you really want me to show an unbeatiable sorcerer?

No, your attack roll is +0.

Im proficient in unarmed strikes, and have a dagger in my boot if not. But to avoid an argument, I'll walk backwards (you can make an AoO with a weapon you're holding, lets assume you choose not to in order to save your reaction for shield) and I'll cast Firebolt (using my infused armor as my focus). Lets assume I hit (+6 vs AC 15) My guardian also attacks and likely hits as well (+7 to hit).

You turn both hits into misses with shield.

2 x 1sts and 2 x 3rds used by you now.

Its your turn. Im 20' away and my guardian is standing next to you.
