D&D 5E Two New D&D Books Revealed: Feywild & Strixhaven Mage School

Amazon has revealed the next two D&D hardcovers! The Wild Beyond the Witchlight is a feywild adventure due in September, and Curriculum of Chaos is a Magic: the Gathering setting of Strixhaven, which looks like a Harry Potter-esque mage school, set for November.

The Wild Beyond the Witchlight is D&D's next big adventure storyline that brings the wicked whimsy of the Feywild to fifth edition for the first time.

The recent Unearthed Arcana, Folk of the Feywild, contained the fairy, hobgoblin of the Feywild, owlfolk, and rabbitfolk. UA is usually a good preview of what's in upcoming D&D books.

Curriculum of Chaos is an upcoming D&D release set in the Magic: The Gathering world of Strixhaven -- a brand new MtG set only just launched.

Strixhaven is a school of mages on the plane of Arcavios, an elite university with five rival colleges founded by dragons: Silverquill (eloquence), Prismari (elemental arts), Witherbloom (life and death), Lorehold (archaeomancy), and Quandrix (numeromancy). Well there we go folks: This shows that Witchlight is giving us the Feywild UA and Strixhaven is gettin getting its own. Which means the Owlfolk are 5E's take on Hsiao and, with Strixhaven, the Aven of the Plane Shift now(possibility) becoming an official DND option.

That means no such thing: again, the Owlfolk in that UA have zero similarities with the Hsiao, but are precisely like Owlin, who are on the cover.

Strixhaven Professor: Ah there you are PC Student. Please come and sit down. Now I know your are indeed looking for some extra credit and I think this assignment would be just perfect for you. I need you to make your way to this Plane and pick up this book from an institution called Candlekeep. There is a book I want you to pick up from there and bring back. Three weeks should be optimal for this assignment and if you can bring it back before then, I'll shall apply the extra credit to your final at the end of your semester term.

Oh one more thing, I terribly forgot that I ordered 15 OTHER books during my tenure so, please be aware that you may have to do some searching for the correct book amongst the 16 I ordered there, among their expansive collection of books. The title? Oh dear I actually forgot what it was called, but no worries for I had a feather quill, that I would use as a book mark, in it so do try to keep an eye out for it.
