I still don't think so, the bundle comes with over sized dungeons, that suggests they aren't even permanents, but more like Planes and Pheonemon cards.
That doesn’t follow. They’ve made oversized versions of regular permanents before - mainly creatures and Planeswalkers, but also some lands. What this likely indicates is that dungeon cards won’t go in your main deck. But that doesn’t mean they can’t have normal permanent types. Contraptions were artifacts.

Aren't contraptions silver border?

The over sized cards of permanents, like the Commander of a Commander Deck, are just for show, you can't actually play them.

Thr suggests that they come from outside the Dwck, doesn't mean they aren't permanent. The fact that after one "Ventures" into a Dunfeon that it can be "Completed" does actually suggest that they are Enchantments that stay on the board similar to Sagas.

I believe @Henadic Theologian is saying they don’t think dungeons will be permanents - the category of card to which creatures, planeswalkers, enchantments, lands, and artifacts belong, not that they won’t remain in play “permanently”. While we haven’t seen cards that remain in play but aren’t permanents in any sanctioned format, we have seen them in variant formats such as Planechase.

I don’t think that’s what dungeon cards will be. But the idea isn’t totally without precedent.

Right, I got that. But I think it's fairly likely the Dungeon is a type of Enchantment, and nothing really militates against that hypothesis at the moment: they can be Enchantments that get Tutored/Learned from outside the deck pretty easily.
