Well let's see if I can ruin their day a bit more:

Bonus action: Bardic inspiration to the rogue (1d12 added to an attack roll, ability check or saving throw, unfailing so you only lose it once you succeed on a check you used it for). Hopefully get a nice sneak attack opportunity from hiding.

Action: Hypnotic pattern placed to target everyone one the boarding ship without touching us at all (120' range 30' cube so this should be easy). DC 18 WIS save, with disadvantage (instrument of the bards).

Edit: Both resources have been marked off. also edited Will to WIS save, sorry about that.

The Fighter and Rogue both have a use of your Bardic inspiration.

'Go get em dynamic duo!'

You draw your Instrument of the Bards and start to play a confusing melody... when suddenly the magic of your spell dissipates as it's counterspelled.

The counterspell didnt appear to come from anyone you can see on board the enemy vessel.

I suspected there was a 2nd caster - wall of force AND globe isn't likely coming from the same source. So we have a (greater) invisible caster, lovely.

On initiative count 20, losing all ties (you just went before this effect Bard!) the Astral Storm hits in earnest.

Suddenly; the ships lurch violently; the boarding cables straining under the force, and Gith and Crewmen of your vessel go flying.

I'm gonna need a Dexterity save from everyone.

The Rogue, Sorcerer and Bard are all close enough to Alvin for a +5 from Divine Grace.

This isnt a 'turn' so you guys dont get the +1d4 from the Clerics Bond.

Bartholomew DEX save:

Roll: 14
Bonus: 8
Paladin Bonus: 5

Total: 27 (or, if that doesn't save - we're screwed!)
Like a cat who is also a gold medal winning member of the Thayan gymnastics team, you keep your feet as others around you lurch to the ground.

Ill wait for the others.
