Now my spell is over, and I have a nice little opening, I'll enter the space the Fighter just left and use this:

War Magic. When the githyanki uses its action to cast a spell, it can make one weapon attack as a bonus action. The Githyanki can use its sword as both an Arcane focus, and in place of any Somatic components for any spell it casts.
Decisions decisions. Whom to attack... a Bard with a magical instrument? A Cleric buffing everyone? Or a nice prone Sorcerer with a Magical Staff?

He's no fool. He's going to hit the Caster.

2 and 9 (blast!), +8 = 17. A hit unless Galvich wishes to protect herself with Shield?

Also: For everyone else - there is 'something' in the space the Fighter just left. You can see hear him (just) over the wind and psychic noise as his armor and weapons clang and his grunt of exertion as his sword bounces of either the Sorcerer, or his Shield spell.

Rogue: Due to your Blindsight (that he is just within), Ellina knows for certain there is an invisible creature in that square (and he cant hide from you on subsequent turns in your blindsight radius).

The Cleric and fighter are now next to the spot we think the gish is in (the rogue is 100% certain) right?

Time for the rogue to REALLY test the guys concentration!

The Fighter teleported up next to the Rogue on the front tower.

Then 'something' appeared in the space where the Fighter used to be (in the middle of the Bard, Cleric and Sorcerer).

Ellina can let you know he's there also. She goes next, but seeing as her and the Fighter both go on 17 (and the Fighter is with us at the moment), Asa can take his turn in front of hers if you want @Zubatcarteira

He'll fire his crossbow at that space, aiming for where the ankles should be.

2d20 (15, 5) + 10 + Bardic Inspiration d12 (5) = 20.

If it hits, he'll try a Trip Attack to knock him prone (DC 18 STR save), so the damage would be 1d6 (6) + 18 + 1d10 (4) = 28.

Prone would help with the other attacks, so I'll wait to see if he falls.
