True that. I'm keeping up mainly because I have to hold a sleeping baby in the dark for several hours in the morning.@Parmandur it's hard to keep up with all the reveals, because well, there's 100s
There are two Monoblack slots left, room for Asmodeus and Ackerack. Ackerack us definitely in monoblack, because gevis on the Black Theme Boosters.I've been thinking about it and I think Elminister makes sense in white after all as a creature. It allows him to be a Commander in Commander, Elminister is often sacrificing himself to protect others, such as sealing a rift to Hell from Hell's side where he got trapped and tortured in such gruesome detail that its a reminder that FR is the most adult of D&D settings (though not in all products). He protecting folks, does what he is told by his boss Mystra, he's a Wizard, but one capable of alot of Divine Magic as a Chosen of Mystra. White fits him well, its Mystra herself that fits Blue better.
As for Asmodeus, I think he's going to be Mono Red as weird as that seems given his personality which is Orzov. He is the God of Sin after all I guess. I say this because we know from packaging that Acerak the Lich is in this set, that means he gets the A slot for Black (betting he's a Venture into the Dungeon character, mayne one who gives a bonus for doing Tomb of Annihilation), so that just leaves red, there is no where else to put him at this point. Plus devils are all red in MtG, even Zariel. I expect Asmodeus to have Devil tribal, maybe even Tiefling Tribal too, and fetch Zariel to your hand too.

Probably transitioning to the fae interpretation from Unearthed Arcana. It's interesting, the Hobgoblin art seems to have made a hard turn away from "Evil Klinhon Samurai" in this Set.
What problems would that cause, exactly? You could be right, but I'm still leaning towards Asmodeus being mono red, because its going to have major mechanical problems if he's the only mono black devil in MtG. He might have Devil, Warlock, and Tiefling Tribal.
Most Magic Creatire subtypes have seen action across the entire Color wheel, to some extent, so I don't think it would be a big problem. What problems would that cause, exactly?
