What does different mana values mean on Long Rest? Are they asking for converted value, so 0-7 or 1-8, or is GG3 different from W4? If it's the former, that will be a very hard card to use, even in limited.

You can draw up to as many cards as I spent for X, but each card drawn has to have a different Mana Value (formerly known as Converted Mana Cost). So you can't bring back multiples of the same card.

Yeah, a curious limit, but can be quite the bomb in the late game is played right.

It will see play in limited, but will almost never see the life total effect activate. People will use it to grab 2 or 3 cards to re-use, which can be very strong. In limited given the randomness of the card pool, even if you have 8 different costing cards in your deck, it's really unlikely that they will all be in the graveyard, rather than a mix of your hand, graveyard and library.

I'm primarily looking at three cards as Brawl Commanders.

Farideh, Devil's Chosen for a mix of Prismari and Dice rolling deck.

Minsc for a Legendaries/Class Matters Deck, with Bard/Cleric/Paladin/Warrior/Ranger/Druid Classes, and Drizzt, Bruenor, Tnarl, Old Gnaw Bones, and other Legendary Creatures and Artifacts.

Then there is that unknown Uncommon Dungeons Matter Commander or Nadaar.

Yeah, in Limited, it's "situationally useful" at best, but it is not likely to come up too often. In Commander, as @Charlaquin says, this is a major fat bomb.

Gadzooks, you are right, that works. I was wondering why they made it an artifact, rather than a Sorcery or Instant....
