I have to agree with the statement made before that the Flight restriction to light or no armor seems excessive considering they already have a limited range before needing to land. Which is also taking into consideration that the other gifts grant natural armor + something else.

I understand the desire to not want flight to be too crazy, but if it we're me (and I respect that it's not), I would allow for the the flight to be unhindered with Light/no armor, land every minute with Medium, and every 3 rounds with Heavy. I understand that may come off a bit wordy, but considering this is Advanced 5e I think it could work.

Anyways, just my 2 cents.
