Level Up (A5E) A5e Worlds

Is anyone planning on adapting any of the D&D worlds for A5e? Particularly, anything like Mystara, Eberron, or the Forgotten Realms (especially areas like Al-Qadim, Kara-Tur, and Maztica)?

What do you mean by adapting? Anything already converted to O5e (like Eberron) is good to go already. What would be looking for to make it adapted for A5e?

the only thing i can think of would be assigning a5e regions to setting maps for travel rules

I'm likely mistaken, but the last I checked Mystara had not been converted, nor had the regions in Forgotten Realms I've mentioned. There are also some older settings that I don't think have been adapted since 2nd or maybe 3rd edition, though I could be wrong.

For myself, I was thinking of making a variant Eberron where the Dragonmarks are Heritages and the Houses are Cultures without a limitation of who can have or be in what. I had also considered creating new Marks due to Storm being the only elemental one and having a shift in powers with House Phiarlan and House Thuranni since the latter seems much more dedicated to the espionage side of things.

Any setting-specific races and monsters would definitely be worth giving the Level Up treatment. They're objectively superior to 05e.

Yes, I was thinking that incorporating the journey rules would be nice and something an O5e product will not have

Not officially, but there on 3PP & fan made supplements out there. And it is unlikely there will be any "official" A5e conversions as what you are asking for is protected IP of WotC.

Well, yes, that's why I asked if anyone here was planning to do it, as I'm aware of the IP, but that's never stopped 3PP or fan-made supplements before.

Sure, but you can use O5e ones just fine.

Of course you can! I'm saying those areas would benefit from the A5e touch, not that we need a conversion to make them playable in Level Up.
