D&D 5E Ebondeath Stat Block

Thanks, appreciate it and will take a look. But Ebondeath isn't just a dragon, and he's been 'special' for what, a thousand years? Lots of time for him to be as powerful as any campaign needs :)
Yes, I would guess a famous dracolich must be a bit beyond the normal. I'm not really familiar with Ebondeath, but my Dragotha has the LevelUp version of a mythic trait (elite trait) and is quite powerful (a CR 30 mythic that makes the mythics in Fizban's look silly). I think you could use him as a starting point and just switch some of the Dragotha bits for Ebondeath bits.

What do you think about this?

Have not adjusted the CR yet. And not sure I like the lair action Grasping Tide, but perhaps. And I still need to work up the Incorporeal stat block.
It is a good start. You have added some dracolich bits (devour soul, summon undead) and I assume Ebondeath bits (incorporeal dash, shadow of moil). However, I suggest you break the standard dragon bits. The bite damage, and the triple tail legendary actions (a long with wing attack and detect) are rather boring at this point. I think you can do better.

Have you considered making him a mythic monster?
Not until now. I had to Google to figure out what you meant. Had not heard of such in 5E before :)

So I have to consider if he is going to be the culmination of the campaign or not. Depends upon what order of events is, but it is likely. Then one of the things is I have been hinting that he as been getting stronger. When they first encountered him, they only saw his departure as a spirit/ghost that had just been re-undeaded (revived?). Then the party fought him in Divine Contention, but now he is back since I'm am giving him multiple phylacteries and they only destroyed one.

That means that maybe as I have him above will be good for another round with the party at their current level (15). And then maybe a mythic version when they finally defeat him after his phylacteries are destroyed.

Your Dragotha was way beyond anything I was thinking of. As I replied to Dave above, mythics were not something I was familiar with. But am now considering.

I'm thinking now having two versions, one for the party's current level, and one for campaign ending. Along with throwing in some Cult of the Dragon or such that is feeding him power, hence why as they keep encountering him as they haven't yet destroyed is phylacteries. (Probably be a few days until I get time to work on a mythic version.)

For completeness, I did put together an incorporeal version based on the version in post #7
