ZEITGEIST Nilasa and Gale

Hi all, I am currently prepping adventure 2 (the dying skyseer) after successfully finishing adventure 1. Until now there are 3 things I am unsure about.
1. How long did the invisibility potion make Nilasa invisible? She was seen by Cillian Creed, so at that time she wasn't invisible anymore.
2. How did Nilasa have contact with Gale, and how does Nevard have contact with her? I have a spirit medium PC, so I'm almost certain they will simply ask where Gale is. Does Nilasa know? And about Nevard, I'm just interested how he contacts Gale.
3. How to frame the fact that they can only ask 3 questions to Nilasa? I am thinking about roleplaying the fact that she wants to return to the peaceful realm of the dead, and that she feels a huge amount of chaos when she is present here as ghost, so after answering 3 questions she will return to the land of the dead. Or is there another way to do it?

Hey, I'm also prepping Book 2.

1. The book states that "she used an elixir of invisibility to sneak up to the fourth floor office of the consular." I'd assume that she crept up slowly and the potion expired once she was running around upstairs.
2. I don't think it's said how Nilasa contacts Gale. I'd assume however it works, the PCs can't use the same method. Maybe by dead-drop. Nevard is a well-known Flint figure who has Gale's ear. I'd assume he can just send one of his people to talk to one of Gale's people to get word to her.
3. I'd frame it simply that contacting her spirit is difficult, and the spirit medium can only contact enough to get three questions answered. Like she is but a barely-visible spirit who opens her mouth but can't speak, until the spirit medium does their thing and asks the 3 questions, then she becomes more visible and can answer.

Also, you might like to know that Zeit souls transition from the Waking -> the Bleak Gate -> Nem, before shooting off into space.

No. It's just how I envisioned it working.

Also, like, if you asked 'where is X,' and the person was in the woods somewhere, it's rather hard to give directions. Extra hard if you're dead and likely disinclined to share secrets.
