Vecna could mean just about anything, or nothing. The redesigned statue may be related to their big film franchise plans. Doesn't seem related to the Giants stuff.
The Giants UA is credited to Crawford (who is the rules guy, so he is involved with every rules test), two of Crawford's rule designer crew, and James Wyatt. Now, for big projects this year, we already knew that Perkins has Spelljammer and Schneider has Dragonlance. I believe Crawford is spearheading the new Starter Set and laying the groundwork for the next rules evolution. Thst leaves two book leads unaccounted for: Wyatt following up Fizban's, and Hammon following up Strixhaven.
So, Hammon is probably working on something (maybe another Magic crossover?), while Wyatt seems to be doing a Giant followup to Drsgons, replacing the Volo's treatment of Giants with something more full some and more current. Ot looks like it brings back 4E Primordials stuff (originally written by...Jane's Wyatt, go figure), and Dinosaurs. This seems a good "Muktiverse" companion to the Platonic Multiverse Dragons of Fizban's.

It's hard to imagine the two elements, Vecna and Giants, tied together. Sure they can, but it's hard to imagine what, so I won't.
I suspect the Vecna product may be a long way off, and will not be this year. The timing between statues/miniatures and books are often way off, like the sapphire dragon dice and eventually Fizban's (that was at least a year, maybe two?)
The giant stuff is either this fall, or early next year. I think it will be the First World, a new setting for "pre-historic" D&D games in the world ruled by dragons and giants. A giant-centric book in the vein of Fizban's is possible, but I personally think unlikely... giants got a fair amount of coverage in Volo's, and making an entire book about theme (although possible) seems like a topic the D&D team wouldn't retread.

I mean, it does look like Wyatt is taking the opportunity to fuse in some of the 4E Lore thst he worked on in here.

Volo's, the book that WotC just stopped selling? I noted that Monsters of the Multiverse notably had less Giant fluff material preserved compared to the other Volo's Monsters...

AFAIK the books are still in print and available for purchase. It is just the D&D Beyond material being delisted.
