Guardians of the Galaxy...

Or Maybe Thor Ragnarok??

Star Wars is a pretty good one...

Surprised Harry Potter wasn't included as it kind of does well for the 5e audiences these days also.

I think these veer too far into supers/sci-fi territory to count as D&D for a lot of EN World folks. Though, you are right to think of generational terms as many folks see anime as D&D now too.

Know what bothers me. Is there any movie on list less then 20 years old? And as think of this has there been any good D&D esq fantasy movies in the past 20 years?
The Hobbit and Percy Jackson movies were on the list. I suppose Narnia should have been on there as well.

As far as Percy Jackson, he said "Good", right? My son is a big fan and gave it a hard thumbs down and couldn't finish watching it.

(Haven't seen the Hobbit, the Narnia ones seemed fine).

The the make up of characters match a D&D party Guardians, Ragnarok and Star Wars are all scifi
Its funny, with Harry Potter, although a magical fantasy I don't consider a D&D style of movie

Am shifting my allegiance from the doomed Harryhausen (my deepest apologies to all all those amazing stop motion monsters) and moving it to Princess Bride. And yep, even after I said I don't think it's a DnD movie.
