Question: A previous thread suggested that the gunslinger did not count because it wasn't in officially published material. Does that mean all of these are disqualified?

For clarification, see the original post on page 1.

Short answer: no. Unearthed Arcana materials are written and published by Wizards of the Coast, and therefore are not third-party publications. (The Gunslinger was disqualified because it wasn't written or published by WotC, not because it was considered "unofficial.")
