D&D (2024) Lifetime boycott of D&D-branded products?

Really.

Have you read the Anti-OGL?

Hasbro-WotC is precisely calculating how to crush any, by various angles of assault.
Yes, it is hamfisted, but the intent was to profit off of derivative work, not "crush" anyone. WotC is probably in shock at the reaction to a reasonable percentage off the top of high value projects: theybprobavly calculated that it was a good deal from a finance perspective.

Hoping to get royalties is a different thing than "crushing," and it is hardly abnormal let alone immoral to pursue that. Doesn't bother me.
Assaulting the OGL 1.0a and all of the Open Gaming Content that it legally SHARES would be

CRUSHING.

The Anti-OGL would make it impossible for YOU to share YOUR open content with anyone else − except Hasbro-WotC who can steal it.

So you believe.

Doesn't bother me.

Clearly. I'm sure the various folks out there who are going to see their own margins shrink or who have had their business impacted, feel otherwise, but sleep well, megacorps absorb negative press all the time.

As an example, WotC prints all D&D games in the U.S. instead of third world sweat shops.

I am glad they don't use printing in morally problematic countries, and I'm happy to support a local business. "Open gaming" is not my concern.

Since you list having things printed in the US as a big concern, you might want to check your WotC produced titles individually. Going through our collection just now, our DMG, Tasha's, Xanathar's, Monsters of the Multiverse, Ebberon, Hoard of the Dragon Queen, Volo, Sword Coast, Princes of the Apocalypse, Essentials Kit, Creatures Campaign Case, and Spell Book Cards Ranger were all printed in China.

I had thought they were all printed US like the PHB until I checked.

Note: Edited to indicate that the country they were printed in.
