D&D (2024) Lifetime boycott of D&D-branded products?

I'm sitting here thinking about comparing Disney to the current Hasbro things about the licensing and it reminded me how much time, effort and money Disney has used to keep certain stories and characters out of the public domain.

Hasbro-WotC doesnt seek an agreement.

They believe they can unilaterally "de-authorize" the OGL 1.0a

WITHOUT AGREEMENT BY THIRD PARTIES.

At the very least, they do actually need to tell people if they're "de-authorising" the licence. They can't secretly de-authorise it.

They can secretly de-authorize the Anti-OGL under NDAs. And later announce that it has been in effect.

(That is kinda what they are doing now by claiming they always had the ability to deauthorize the OGL 1.0a.)

Anyone under NDAs desperate or unawares enough to sign the Anti-OGL, is now bound by it no matter what.

I am worried that people wrongly believe that Hasbro-WotC backed down. They did not. Their bad faith remains as bad as ever.
